What is going on over in Digges Lane? Seems the EGOS have taken over the airwaves the station is getting more and more like Radio 2 every day.
Those stupid promo's for the station, they get more airplay than Coldplay and that's saying something. They are even playing them for shows while the show is on air! Ian Dempsey seems to think it a good idea to slip an ad for his show on during the news, loose them they are grade 1 shite.
Ray Foley, what a dickhead, constant swearing doesn't make you funny, you either have it or you don't and Foley doesn't, and the constant silences whil he is fluting around with wrong tracks or whatever ahh
News, reading the script through before live broadcast always a good idea, today we had Obama getting annointed as the democratic nomination for the White House.
it seems to me that they are reading too much of their own press and believing it,well lads wake up you are starting to sound very tired, old and boring. The station needs a good shake up,some fresh thinking some new blood and less ego.
It's all getting a bit too messy, a couple of weeks ago Jim O'Neill's Solid Gold Sunday, which is a pre-recorded show, broadcast the wrong show with Jim informing us that it was the 2nd last Sunday in August.
I could go on and on but it has got so bad there that the departure of Tom Dunne and the continuing daily fuck ups and poor programming are evidence that there is something seriously wrong with the station.
